The rules and agreements that govern your use of Padanet and protect both parties.
By accessing or using Padanet — including PadaOne and PadaMaster — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to individual users, enterprise administrators, and any organization that deploys Padanet within its environment. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Padanet is a decision-support platform that helps individuals and organizations make capability visible, adaptation continuous, and transformation trustworthy. It is a behavioral intelligence layer — not an employee monitoring tool, not a static skills inventory, and not a system that replaces human judgment. Padanet does not make autonomous employment decisions. It surfaces evidence to inform human decisions.
Padanet offers two account types: individual accounts for personal agent use (PadaOne), and enterprise accounts for organizational deployment (PadaMaster). Individual accounts are governed by these terms and the individual's own preferences. Enterprise accounts are additionally governed by the enterprise agreement between Padanet and the deploying organization. Users must be 18 years or older.
Padaone captures behavioral signals from your work interactions — patterns, activity context, and engagement signals — to build a continuous skills record. Padanet does not access the content of your documents, communications, or private files unless you explicitly connect and authorize a specific tool. Signal collection is governed by explicit permissions you set at onboarding and can modify at any time.
Your PadaOne agent works for you — not your employer, not Padanet. Behavioral data collected through PadaOne is processed to produce outputs for the individual first. Individual data is never shared with your organization in identifiable form. Only aggregated, anonymized, and governed signals move upward to organizational intelligence. You retain the right to view, correct, export, and delete your individual data at any time.
Organizations that deploy PadaMaster gain access to aggregated workforce intelligence derived from consented, privacy-preserving signals across their workforce. Organizations may not use Padanet as a surveillance tool, a disciplinary evidence system, or a mechanism for monitoring individual employees in identifiable ways. PadaMaster is designed to inform workforce strategy — not to evaluate, rank, or surveil individuals. Any organizational use that conflicts with these boundaries is prohibited and constitutes a material breach of the enterprise agreement.
Padanet operates within a defined tenant boundary. Enterprise data — including private data, policies, governance configurations, and internal tools — remains within the tenant. External AI models and services are optional and used only when explicitly configured. Signals flow upward only as governed, aggregated intelligence. No individual behavioral data crosses the tenant boundary without explicit consent.
All platform technology, agent logic, and Padanet software is owned by Mensaucta and its licensors. Your data — including your behavioral signals, skills record, and personal intelligence outputs — remains yours. Padanet does not claim ownership over user-generated content or individual skills profiles. You grant Padanet a limited license to process your data for the purpose of delivering the platform's services.
Padanet is a decision-support surface, not an autonomous decision engine. Padanet does not guarantee employment outcomes, career advancement, or specific organizational results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mensaucta's liability for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the fees paid by the user or organization in the 12 months preceding the claim.
