1. What data we collect

Padanet collects behavioral signals from your daily work interactions — not content, not communications, not personal files. We collect patterns: how frequently you engage with certain types of work, how you interact with your PadaOne agent, and what missions produce as outputs.

2. How we collect it

Data is collected through structured missions and agent interactions within the Padanet platform. We do not scrape your email, monitor your screen, or access tools you have not explicitly connected.

3. How we use it

Individual behavioral data is used exclusively to serve your PadaOne agent — producing your weekly reports, skills assessments, and opportunity recommendations. It is not used for advertising. It is not sold.

4. Individual sovereignty

Your individual data remains yours. Only aggregated, anonymized signals — governed by explicit rules — move to the organizational layer (PadaMaster). Individual data never becomes organizational surveillance. This is an architectural guarantee.

6. Data retention

Your behavioral data is retained for as long as your account is active, plus 30 days after cancellation. You may request deletion at any time.
