Transparency
People and organizations need to see what the system sees, what it infers, and how a recommendation was formed — honest, explainable, reviewable feedback rather than opaque scoring.

AI is changing how work runs faster than any organization can see it change. We build the memory that lets organizations and the people inside them see what is actually happening — and adapt with it.

Capability, roles and processes now change on a scale of months, and an understanding that is merely outdated becomes actively wrong — every decision resting on it inherits the error. The one continuous record of how an organization actually operates lies scattered across the tools people work in, assembled by nobody.
What is missing is not a report, which is a picture taken once, nor a system of record, which stores what someone declared. It is memory: a continuous, current, evidence-backed understanding of how an organization works and how it is changing, built from the work itself.
THE MISSION
So that individuals, organizations and ecosystems can adapt with confidence — not through slogans, but through transparency, security, aligned agency, and contextual intelligence. The signals that cure blindness come from people's work; they cannot be taken, they have to be given. Trust is the condition, not a second problem.
People and organizations need to see what the system sees, what it infers, and how a recommendation was formed — honest, explainable, reviewable feedback rather than opaque scoring.
Trust cannot exist without boundaries. Confidentiality limits are explicit, memory is governed, and sovereignty is preserved — built into the architecture as a precondition, not added afterwards.
A personal agent works for the person; a company agent works for the company. Their role, loyalty, scope and purpose are explicit — and both know the work they serve, rather than offering generic advice.
WHAT WE REFUSE
No opaque scoring or ranking of people through hidden mechanisms.
No automated hiring, firing or disciplinary decisions.
No collapsing of personal and organizational interests into one system pretending to be neutral.
No treating people as data exhaust to be extracted rather than participants to be supported.
No AI that asks talent to trust what it cannot see, cannot govern and cannot contest.
THE COMPANY
A small, research-driven product company based in Sophia Antipolis, France, and grounded in the European approach to data and to work. Padanet is built with a first circle of design partners, on their corporate data. What we show is the memory running, the architecture behind it, and the thinking that shaped both.
Both are published rather than described: how we work with a partner — fifteen weeks, four phases, a named deliverable and an exit at each — and how the data is governed — consent, scope, sovereignty, and a register of what exists today.
A trusted, living organizational memory distilled from weak signals — so leaders can staff, sequence, rewire, and adapt with AI, without turning work into surveillance.
We engage with organizations that want to steer their transformation on evidence — visibility before action, and architecture over experimentation.
